Students who cannot attend an on-line, live class should inform the academy administration in writing and inform about their absence at least 48 hours prior to the class. In case of emergency, students are still expected to inform the academy administration via email. For medical leave, doctor’s letter is required. Two sessions of absence throughout the program will not be considered in the final evaluation of the attendance if the academy office is informed prior to the class and/or a doctor’s letter is submitted.
